DELIVERY & RETURNS
Revival’s delivery & returns policy is very simple. We can offer shipping to any location worldwide however not all products are able to be shipped to all international destinations due to restrictions in some countries. For information on specific restrictions please contact us.
We will fulfill any orders placed before 1pm GMT on the same business day, otherwise they will be shipped the next day, this excludes weekends and UK public holidays.
We have confidence in all of our products and want to provide you with the best customer service, therefore all of our products come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price within 30 days of the product received date via the contact form via our shipping & return policy. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused in their original packaging. Once we have received your return item(s) we will email you to inform you whether or not your return has been approved and a refund has been issued.
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check your product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product as well as clear photographs.
